Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you browse our website, make an enquiry or place an order with Bread & Bracelet.

Last updated 30 August 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to orders accepted by Bread & Bracelet in Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the version supplied or available at that time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders and payment

Website content and social media messages are invitations to enquire. An order is accepted only when we confirm the products, price, fulfilment details and payment, and notify you that the order is accepted.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Delivery charges and any approved customisation are confirmed before payment. Availability may change before an order is accepted.

Product presentation

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings can affect colour, and handcrafted cakes, natural ingredients, stones, finishes and gift arrangements can show small variations. These variations do not reduce your rights where a product is materially different from its description.

Jewellery care, normal wear and exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfume or abrasion can affect appearance over time.

Food and allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Customers must disclose relevant allergies before ordering. Because products are prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of an allergen.

Perishable products must be collected, transported, stored and consumed in accordance with any instructions supplied. Once a product has been handed over, the customer is responsible for suitable transport and storage unless a problem existed at supply.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. A change is subject to availability and the stage of preparation. Where ingredients, labour, customisation or materials have already been committed, we may deduct the reasonable costs already incurred from any discretionary cancellation refund.

This section does not limit rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Our separate Shipping and Delivery and Returns and Exchanges pages form part of these terms.

Website and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Bread & Bracelet name, logo, website copy, design and original imagery are owned by or licensed to Bread & Bracelet. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
