Jewellery and eligible non-perishable gifting items are available for tracked delivery across Australia.

Fresh cakes and other perishable desserts are available through pre-arranged collection or local delivery within our Melbourne service area. We confirm whether your address is eligible before accepting the order.

Australian jewellery orders: A$11.99 for standard tracked delivery, or free standard delivery when the jewellery subtotal is A$150 or more after discounts, excluding delivery.

Local pickup is free by arrangement. Please confirm a pickup time with us before travelling.

International delivery is quoted separately before payment. Australian delivery rates and the free-delivery offer do not apply to overseas orders.

Handbags, cakes and other gifting orders have delivery charges confirmed separately. The estimated fulfilment window is confirmed before payment and depends on the product, destination, date requested and current order volume.

An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time unless we expressly agree to a specific date in writing. Cakes and event gifts should be booked as early as possible.

Where tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Please check that the name, address and contact details supplied with your order are complete and correct.

If an order has not arrived within the communicated timeframe, message @breadandbracelet with your order details so we can assist.

Please inspect the order promptly. If it is damaged, incomplete or different from what was confirmed, contact us with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, an unavailable recipient, carrier disruptions or events outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.
